Service Request

Smeg appliances are designed and manufactured with attention to detail and stringent quality processes. However, it may occur that your appliance unexpectedly stops working. Smeg will assist to resolve your problem as soon as possible. Your service request can be logged in various ways. In order to avoid unnecessary costs we recommend that you read the user manual of the appliance carefully. Often you can find the answer to your question or a solution to the problem yourself. If you cannot find a solution to your problem you can log a service call to have the appliance repaired.

You can log your service request in one of the following ways:

  3. By completing the online Service Request Form

When submitting a service request, the following information is required to avoid any possible delays:

  1. Model Number 1
  2. Model Number 2
  3. Serial number  
  4. Date of purchase

We will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) to schedule an appointment with a technician.
